About Us

Resource is the Jewish community’s go-to organisation helping people into or back into employment. We work to boost the confidence and build the skills of job seekers to ensure they find and secure the right job. Our highly skilled, professional volunteers and our small, friendly team of staff support over 1,000 people each year in their job search. We’re expecting demand for our services to increase significantly as a result of the cost-of-living crisis and likely recession.

We have set ourselves a challenging growth strategy for 2023-2026. Specifically, we want to increase our funding by 33% over the next three years so we can meet the increasing number of people in our community who need support into work.

A recent review has identified the opportunity for a Fundraising Manager to join Resource to drive the fundraising activity required to reach these goals. Our annual fundraising target is £400k. We have a flexible working environment, and are very supportive of our team's wellbeing, training and development.
